Hey @TAB focussing on detoxing my brain and building brain power. Something I really needed to do as meds are known shrink the brain (literally). Just put out garbage for today. Cancelled an online subscription which I was no longer using and reading the news. Have to chase up money I was billed for twice. Will leave it until the end of the week as I don't know if the computer technician's admin is back at work yet. Going off to balance my chakras

Brain is also sugars. You eat a lambs brain and its sweet so lots of glucose @TAB. Fish oil can lead to dementia etc apparently is what theyre saying now
