I had to start slow with my chronic fatigue syndrome and the extra weight i was carrying @TAB it was very demoralising to begin with but it got better after heaps of persistence and other health protocols in place to boost vitality. Some days are better than others i will say. But out again today i go. Tomorrow will give myself a break

I was thinking exactly that. I feel like screaming because short term there's no communication with my ex's family even though I was my ex's next of kin. 

I revoked this yesterday. 

I care that I'm definately codependent with my ex husband. I even felt the wiff of a hospital yesterday !!

It stopped me in my tracks 

He is a good person with a chip on his shoulder called schizophrenia. Not answering his calls and pleading is exhausting and mind numbing. 

Tomorrow we are going to feed his cat. I'm dying here. 

But I must take care of myself.

Taking care of self is vital. Seperating that from selfishness is just as important. Having the strength to self care helps. I get the dependency issue, but strength surely will guide you.

Yerk, the smell of a hospital. Adrenaline, flight aaaah
