@StuF i saw him interview by annabel crab on abc where she does cooking with different pollies and tbh he seemed like a nice average guy but there you go.
@Bunniekins yesterday I had constant vivid flashbacks and it's continuing today. I reached out to a crisis service just before and thought I was pretty clear in what would be helpful at the time (i asked them to go through a grounding exercise with me). But the person was just like I'm not sure what else to suggest, I don't know how I can help you.
