I know you’d do the same for us @Bow and we can truly relate to mh.
You’re very important to us and very much a part of our forum family. 💙

Of course! That is so understandable, and that is why we are here. I am more than happy to help with a simple structure, so you don't have to do it alone? In your own time of course, no pressure at all. 🥰 @Bow
Losing interest in things that bring you joy makes a lot of sense here, you have been through so much, so be gentle with yourself as you slowly explore what makes you feel good again.
I am curious, what makes you feel like you can't talk about your therapy?
I can see there are many contributing factors, like inaccessibility, that are making it hard for you to feel like you can reach out. That must be so, so tough. 😔
With all of this going on, could we look at slow, simple acts of self-care this week? Maybe this will be a good place to start?

@AuntGlow I bought it up with my CM that my psychologist was on leave and that she told me she was pregnant and will go on maternity leave in September. She obviously already knew and said that I needed to wait until my psychologist got back from her holiday to talk with her about what will happen therapy wise when she goes on maternity leave. It’s a whole heap of BS. They all work in the same office, in the same team and there is absolutely no reason why my CM couldn’t speak to their team leader about it instead of leaving me hanging for 6 weeks in the unknown.
I don’t know what else sorry. Can’t think of any self care things. I’m not good with that stuff sorry

I completely understand your frustration - 6 weeks is a long time to wait, especially when you really need support... 😔 @Bow
And that is so fine, you don't need to think too much right now. Let's make it simple - what is one thing you can do before bed that might be soothing?
