I don’t know what it is today, just feeling really off. 

seen my pdoc today. He was running nearly an hour behind, which is unusual for him. Nothing major there though, no changes. But he did talk about how he met with my psych and CM as he was really out of the loop, and he was told how much hard work I’ve been putting in. I’m not sure what hard work they are referring to though??? 

anyways, cause he was running late my SW and I didn’t have time to go have a cuppa afterwards cause she had another support to go to. I mean we sat and chatted while we waited, but I think I had planned to give her something to read for next week. So that didn’t happen.

Sometimes we just have off days and thats ok.

I think just getting through some days is hard work hon. Getting through safely is hard work. Going to your appointments and groups is hard work.

Can you always send her what you were going to give her? Maybe take a photo of it and send it to her.
