Aww that's rough @Birdofparadise8 - I hope you're keeping cool however you can! Hope the study keeps you engaged and well... if you break down, that's okay. You can then call it a day, or reach out to someone, or even try to refocus on study to keep your mind occupied. We got your back along the way too 💜

@Birdofparadise8 I don't imagine your brain will want to believe me when I say - it won't last forever. You're doing all the right stuff - speaking to people, getting support, being willing to contact services when you need to - and while you may not notice a difference in the short term, it will help in the long run. The more you work on things in therapy and through self-reflection the more you'll find new ways to work through the bad days.
