it is and i just recieved an email from my psych saying that im owing money for a late cancellation from back in november last year! and i have to pay for the new report shes writing for ndis so im owing close to $500 even before i have another appointment with her so looks like i wont be having any sessions with her for a while till i pay off the debt first

its ok @tyme even paid supports dont really want to be around me so i cant expect anyone else to want to be.
its hard to know what to say or how to ask fr help when you always feel like a burden and tose around you seem to just confirm it
