@NatureLover my depression worrries me as well. the thing with mine is i dont fear it, which is why i find it more dangerous then my anxiety. i get into a mode where i no longer care, no longer worry what happens to me, its where some more of my reckless behaviours come into it esp when im on my own. i just shrug everything off, my empathy and sympathy also seem to dissappear. its a strange mode to go into.

its been years @Former-Member it gets tiring. once youve had some supports for more then a year i find alot of the professionals expect you to know what your doing and to be able to cope or just like mine did they put you in the too hard basket once youve given everything a good go.


i have heard of the social clock. i know i shouldnt compare myself or put these pressures on myself to achieve things by certain ages but these seem like basic human needs. Being able to have friends or interact with people on a normal level seems to be something ive lacked in for so long and doesnt seem to matter what i do the skills dont come with the life experiences.

a new brain and new body would be most helpful! @Snowie i hate both of them right now. ive just contacted a specialist team for my foot injury in an entirely new state to me, at least its only about a 4 hr drive and they said they would be able to see me if i needed as well so i guess thats something. no guarentees that they can help and being so far away it might not be a good idea but im running out of options

We all deserve people around us that can help us. It is hard when we don't have that.

i hope so too @Snowie im waiting to see when the one in nsw can get me in as this team is suppose to be one of the best here so ill see what they say and save having to travel 4 hrs or stay overnight etc as its not the most viable option currently

i have my job at least but i dont really enjoy it
