@Mustang67 i heard some really good reports from people who have done this. Might well be worth trying, but they do say only if good counselling is available, for otherwise it could overload a person with their past trauma, not dealing rightly with the high.

i think it is available in Canada, not sure where they are with it over here.

@DownMoreThanUp yes the therapy is available in Australia. My main therapist is very interested in doing the study required to be able to use this type of therapy. So I hope she does it sooner or later. It has to be done under strict guidelines in a clinical setting.
