@heartathome  Hello 🙂 How was the ukulele? It’s such an awesome instrument. Is it a concert? How are you today? I hope today is much better than yesterday.

Ive been tapering since November 25. I was on a very high dose of the antidepressant so they reduce it slowly. They don’t reduce the whole at once. So every time it goes down it compounds the withdrawals. You can’t just reduce it all at once it’s very medically unsafe. I still have more to drop before I can start new medicine which takes 6-8 weeks to fully work. It’s a long process and I’m exhausted.Yes it’s a heavy duty drug. Considered the hardest medically speaking.
