While comparing ourselves to others is a natural human tendency, we should not compare ourselves to others as it can harm our mental health. One of the biggest problems we have today is always trying to look at the lives of others and thinking that we are not enough or that we are not doing enough. This thing of comparing ourselves with others can be very toxic to our mental health. It is essential to love and accept ourselves for how we are. And it is important to know that everyone's life is different, and we can't try to live the lives of others by trying to be like them. Instead of comparing ourselves to others, we should try comparing ourselves to our past selves, which can help us improve and enhance our personal growth.

Thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity, are you getting these points from other literature, or from your experience @heera72 ?

@heera72 .. I know it is difficult to fathom sometimes because all of those so called perfect lives out there, many of them are fake... supermodels have their imperfections removed via photoshop and a lot of those "perfect people" are wearing a mask to hide their true pain.
So many times I have seen a quote about how a simple smile can hide the pain and sadness one is feeling, remember not every page you see is a true reflection, even a mirror can be distorted to change how we look.!
